We’re looking for a BCBA to oversee in-home ABA services and support RBTs, families, and clients. This is a flexible, hybrid role where you control your schedule. There are no billable minimums, and we focus on quality clinical work - not burnout.
You’ll see each client in person minimally once per week, with additional supervision and meetings able to be done remotely. Start full or part time and have full control over your caseload!
What You’ll Do
Complete assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support RBTs/BTs through training, feedback, and collaboration
Monitor progress and make data-based treatment decisions
Maintain ethical and insurance-compliant documentation
Partner with families to support skill generalization
Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
Comfortable with in-home services and driving between clients
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping underserved families

We're hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll work directly with a BCBA and be part of a supportive clinical team focused on helping kids make real progress.
What You’ll Do
Work 1:1 with children in their homes using ABA therapy
Follow treatment plans and behavior programs created by a BCBA
Take data on progress during sessions
Attend training and receive regular supervision from your BCBA
Communicate professionally with families and team members
Show up on time and provide consistent, reliable care
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Experience with children or special needs
RBT certification or willingness to complete training (we help you get certified)
Reliable transportation for in-home sessions (must have a car)
Willing to drive to homes
